  • Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

  • No refunds or exchanges for services, or equipment or equipment parts

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards must be present to redeem and will expire one year after issued

Firing Services

  • Firing services are provided for clay purchased at either of our retail stores.

  • Due to quality firing protocols, clay not acquired through Fat Cat Pottery WILL NOT be fired in our community kilns.

  • Firing fees must be purchased at the time of clay purchase

  • Items must be dropped off and picked up during posted hours at our Blue Clay Studio. Drop off hours are Thursday’s and Saturday’s 11AM until close

  • Firing schedules are ^ 04 Slow and ^5, 10min hold, medium. No exceptions

  • “Once Firing” not permitted

  • Staff must be notified if Stroke & Coat is on greenware

  • Drop off bone dry, bottoms clean, and makers mark applied

  • ^ 10 stilts purchased at FCP are permitted. All other stilts cannot be used in our community kilns

Special Orders

  • 50% Down payment on all special-order equipment and products

  • Deposit is non-refundable

  • Payment is due in full at the time of pick-up
