Class & Workshop Policies

Tuition

  • Tuition is due in full at the time of registration

  • 50% of tuition will be refunded via gift certificate if student should need to cancel AND notice is given 14 days before the class start date

  • A refund may be used to re-register for another class or workshop, product, or services

Attendance

  • Fat Cat Pottery does not schedule make-up or substitute class time

  • Students should make every effort to attend the scheduled class periods

Adverse Weather

  • In the event of adverse weather, Fat Cat Pottery will follow New Hanover County Schools and Brunswick County Schools weather announcements for closures

  • If class must be postponed, Fat Cat Pottery will make every effort to reschedule the missed class period at a time that works best for the students and instructor(s)
